Our Services
Education and Workforce Solutions provides consultative services that connect employers, youth and adults with educational and employment pathways that lead to family-wage careers.
This involves college, high school and industry collaborations, support for out-off-school or at-risk youth, executive searches and apprenticeship creation and/or expansion.
Apprenticeship
Work with business, industry, state government, colleges, public schools, and workforce intermediaries to comply with rules and regulations to develop and/or expand apprenticeship programs locally, statewide and regionally. Attention is paid to non-traditional occupations and developing a workforce pipeline of skilled and educated individuals.
Executive Searches
Collaborate with employers to develop the selection process for highly qualified executives. This can include position descriptions, recruitment materials, advertising, preliminary screening and interview/visitation scheduling. Our team also discusses with clients a variety of options for the search process and interview formats.
Opportunity Youth
Designing second chance and re-engagement that involve a combination of educational experience and employment for schools and colleges have been widely successful for our team. These efforts are built on a team approach the combines educational entities, the justice system, community-based organizations, and area business/industry.
